Elemental Affinity in New World for beginners and young low level adventurers to help them make a choice about weapon to use and understand pros and cons. When you hit a target with an elemental damage attack (does not trigger on damage over time or attunements), gain 4% empower for 6s. (10s cooldown per damage type, max 1 stack per type.)
