Onslaught

Path of Onslaught

After completing any ability in the Onslaught tree, enter onslaught stance for 10s.

Onslaught stance has the following properties:
•Outgoing Damage Increased: 15%
•Damage Taken Increased: 15%
•Quick Charge: Heavy attacks charge 50% faster but consume 10 stamina each

(Entering defiant stance or switching weapons will immediately end onslaught stance.)

Giant Slayer

Increases base attack damage by 15% when attacking foes that are above 90% health.

Slash 3 times in a quick sequence.

First Hit: 110% weapon damage.
Second Hit: 130% weapon damage.
Third Hit: 160% weapon damage.

Enter onslaught stance when the third attack of this ability ends.

Swift Onslaught

Gain a 20% haste for 5s when hitting a target with a Onslaught tree ability. (This effect has a 10s cooldown.)

Keen Posture

After gaining onslaught stance, your next attack within 5s has a 100% increased critical hit chance.

Aggressive Shift

Enter onslaught stance by hitting with a charged heavy attack.

(This effect occurs even if the attack is blocked but will not renew onslaught stance if it is already active.)

Cross Execution

Base damage of the final strike is increased by 50% if the target is below 50% health.

In onslaught stance, this threshold is increased to 75% instead.

Critical Comeback

Become energized by landing a critical hit and regain 5 stamina and 5% base health per second for 5s. (This effect has a 10s cooldown.)

Skyward Slash

Swing up in a brutal arc, staggering your target, dealing 50% weapon damage and applying 2 stacks of 5% rend for 10s. (Max 3 stacks.)

In onslaught stance apply 1 additional rend.

Enter onslaught stance when the upward arc of this ability ends.

Cleansing Chain

Hitting with the final attack of the greatsword chain reduces the duration of debuffs on you by 10%. (This effect has a 5s cooldown.)

Calamity Counter

Block for 2s while reducing block stamina damage taken by 90%, then unleash a counterattack that strikes all foes within a 4m radius.

•No Blocks: 80% weapon damage.
•1 Block: 80% weapon damage and staggers.
•2 Blocks: 80% weapon damage and staggers longer.
•3 Blocks: 80% weapon damage and causes a knockback.

This ability has grit. (Grit prevents you from being staggered by incoming attacks.)

Reactivate this ability or use light attack to counterattack earlier.

Enter defiant stance when the counterattack of this ability ends.

Taunt Gem Compatible: If you have a Carnelian gem equipped in your greatsword, activating this ability inflicts taunt for 8s to all enemies within 8m. (Taunt causes monsters to focus only on you.)

After completing any ability in the Defiance tree, enter defiant stance for 10s.

Defiant stance has the following properties:
•Damage Taken Reduced: -15%
•Outgoing Damage Reduced: -15%
•Guard Point: Block incoming attacks while charging heavy attacks

(Entering onslaught stance or switching weapons will immediately end defiant stance.)

Wary Posture

After gaining defiant stance you will also gain fortify, increasing your armor by 25% for the next hit taken within 5s.

(Does not apply to damage from debuffs.)

Base damage is increased by 3% for each greatsword buff on you. (Max 4 buffs.)

Jagged Counter

Counter attacks inflict bleeding for 6s for each power level. Each stack deals 5% weapon damage every second. (Max 5 stacks.)

Roaring Rupture

Stab the ground and send out a shockwave with a 4m radius that deals 120% weapon damage. Gain 10% fortify for 7s for each foe hit. (Max 3 stacks.)

This ability generates 200% threat and has grit. (Grit prevents you from being staggered by incoming attacks.)

Steadfast Recovery

If the first strike of Steadfast Strike hits, you are healed for 50% weapon damage.

In defiant stance, the first strike also inflicts 2 stacks of bleeding for 6s which deals 5% weapon damage every second. (Max 5 stacks.)
