Hit the Decks New World quest Main Story Quests (MSQ) As an alternative to attacking the Empress and her fleet in the Dynasty Shipyard Expediton, take the blight bombs and plant them in the cargo being brought out to the fleet. While you're there, defeat the Generals of the fleet to disrupt their leadership.
