Finisher Harmony

Finisher Harmony in New World for beginners and young low level adventurers to help them make a choice about weapon to use and understand pros and cons. Attacks against targets inflicted with bleed effects applied by you deal 15% more damage, and reduce Flourish's cooldown by 5% (1s cooldown, works on both weapons).
