Fortress projects - Territory standing and control
Territory standing ranks and their bonuses, faction control points and the town projects that upgrade settlements and fortresses.

 Gates | Increase health of gates. |
 Emplacement Points | Unlocks an additional point to deploy an emplacement (Ballista, Burning Oil Vat, etc.) |
 Ballista | Also upgrades any existing Ballistae. |
 Burning Oil Vat | Also upgrades any existing Burning Oil Vats. |
 Repeater | Also upgrades any existing Repeaters. |
 War horns | Also upgrades any existing Warhorns. |
 Explosive | Also upgrades any existing Explosives. |
