Curse

Curse in New World for beginners and young low level adventurers to help them make a choice about weapon to use and understand pros and cons. When you activate an ability gain a stack of 10% Empower for 7s (Max 3 Stacks). After you hit with a basic attack lose all stacks. (Can't gain Empower stacks for 3s after stacks expire or are removed)
